Multi Skilled Builder

Job Title: Multi-Skilled Tradesperson
Location: Central Oxford
Start Date: Tuesday (Next Week)
Contract: Initial 3 Months (Potential for up to 18 Months)

Overview:
We are looking for a couple of reliable and experienced multi-skilled tradespeople to join a phased refurbishment project in a retail unit located in Central Oxford. This is a long-term opportunity for the right individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Erecting boards and aqua boards

  • Fitting a toilet

  • Removing wall tiles

  • General refurbishment and shop fit-out tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in general building, shop refits or similar roles

  • Competent in carpentry, basic plumbing, and general finishing trades

  • Must have own tools (basic hand tools, SDS drill, and driver gun)

  • Asbestos Awareness Certificate (can be arranged if not currently held)

  • CSCS card preferred but not essential

Additional Info:

  • Working hours approx. 8:30am – 4:00pm

  • Day rate pay structure

  • Parking expenses covered

  • Potential for long-term work (up to 18 months)
